Restaurant.com Gift Cards: All Restaurant.com Gift Cards will still display in the account of the original purchaser and are available for redemption at any time by logging into your account. If you received one as a gift and can no longer find it, just contact the person who sent it to you, and they can resend it from their account.
Physical Restaurant.com Gift Cards: We don’t keep a record of any physical Restaurant.com Gift Cards you might have received as a gift, but if you have a physical Gift Card that has not been redeemed, it is still valid. Just use the code to redeem! If you have lost the original Gift Card, we are unable to replace it.
Restaurant Certificates: Some of our older certificates displayed an expiration date. However, if you view and reprint the certificate now, the expiration date has been removed, and the new terms on the bottom of the certificate state, “This Restaurant Gift Certificate Will Not Expire”.

If the page is displaying with all the images on your computer screen but your browser is not displaying a "print" icon, you can usually print by right-clicking your mouse over the white space on the certificate display page and then selecting "print" from the menu that appears.
If all else fails, it is easy to copy the certificate into a Word document and print from there. To copy into a Word document: first copy the certificate by hovering your mouse over the certificate page, use the right-click on your mouse to "Select All." You will then press the "Ctrl" key and the "C" key at the same time. Next, open a blank Word page and paste the certificate onto that page by hitting the "Ctrl" key and the "V" key at the same time. Then, you can go to "File" to select "Print" or press the "Ctrl" key and the "P" key at the same time to get to the printing screen.

In order to locate your Specials by Restaurant.com order, please follow these instructions to log-in to your Account here:
1. Go to: http://specials.restaurant.com
2. Click on “Log in,” which is at the top of the Specials homepage, and select Sign in.
3. Once you are signed in, click on the “My Account” tab.
4. The “My Specials” tab is set as the default when you login. All of your purchases from Specials by Restaurant.com will be listed.
You should see columns for your Specials Order#, the purchase date, and even the total price you paid for your deal. On the left side of the page, listed directly under the name of the offer that you purchased, you will see your certificate code. Directly to the right of the code, you will see the option to Print. When you select “Print,” additional information is provided on the next steps redeem your voucher and/or gift code.
Our Specials by Restaurant.com deals are a package that includes a certificate or voucher for an affiliated company as well as a Restaurant.com Gift Card. This special offer is already listed at a discounted price and cannot be combined with additional promotions (or promo codes).
Yes, many customers love to take advantage of our great savings when visiting the states! However, you will need to call us to place your order over the phone. Our website will not process orders for non-USA billing addresses.

If you return home and you find that you didn’t use a couple of your restaurant certificates,

help@restaurant.com with the restaurant names and certificate numbers.
We can then issue the exchange in the form of a Restaurant.com Gift Card
which you can use to select a restaurant closer to home or for your next trip.
