Thank you so much for choosing The Messy Plate Ever since Necco was a little girl in the back of her grandparent’s restaurant in the 1990s, she spoke of opening her own restaurant called The Messy Plate. As immigrants, her grandparent’s had a vision to bring traditional Laotian food to Billings to make a better life for them and their family. Years later, her father also followings in the family footsteps, is now the owner of one of Billing’s best Asian restaurants. Although Necco shares their passion, dedication, and love for flavors, she strives to create her own take on more non-traditional foods as a 3rd generational restaurant owner. The Messy Plate is truly inspired by the desire to disrupt the concept of traditional foods.
