Great experience. John was right on top of things. Food was hot and delicious.
Slow service and out of steaks. We were looking forward to the steaks.
We usually have a great pizza, but the last h2 times here it was very chewy. Too much cheese! Don't know why! Usually our favorite place to go.Hopefully next time they will correct this and go back to their original recipe.

Very good food. 2nd time we have had this waitress Laura. Forgets to bring some food, straws, check, etc. Have to chase her down. Not a good waitress!

Seemed to take a while for our food to arrive, buy we could see it under the lights. Noisy but not the restaurants fault...kids running around

waitress was great...the scallops where hard on the outside and rubbery in the inside. veggies were cold. rice was so so.... carrot cake was great but $6.00 for a slice...wow....
The food was so fantastically delicious! Perfect portion and we didn’t have to wait very long at all. Also great service!
server was excellent. my pasta dish was excellent... only complaint was a burger was ordered medium and it came more on the well done side. Over all very pleased.

The server Laura what the absolute worst server it was like she didn't hear anything we ordered I had ordered a child's menu item and she brought over the adult size I ordered the appetizer of clams and garlic bread with cheese she brought over the full entre size and a just plain piece of bread when I Informed her if the mistake she came back with a attitude saying I did not order that when it came time to pay my bill it was wrong prices on the check were higher than what was in the menu listed prices again she took snapped and I mean grabbed the check out of my hand says she will look into it no I'm sorry let me check on that and the kicker was she was mad I used a restaurant.com certificate she should not be a waitress as she is inept and seems incapable of doing her job the food was a good though my only recommendation is tell the matre d you don't want Laura as a server and everything should be okay

The servers are very friendly and helpful. They will take the time to get to know their customers a little and that makes for a very pleasant experience.
We all enjoyed our lunches but felt that the meat portions were very thin. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere.
It is one of our favorite places to eat when we are up north.
There were fresh flowers on the table. We were taken care of quickly... Waiter, Danny, was friendly and efficient... However we received our check without the Restaurant.com deduction, but it was quickly revised for us.

Food was good but the sides had small portions. I had the swordfish that was on special. It was ok, but nothing special. Salad was plain and small also.

Pasta had a strange taste to it and was sent back. No charge.
Meghan was excellent, She made us feel so welcome.Food was terrific !!!!! We are visiting from Ct. and the next time in the area, we WILL be back here to enjoy it all!!!!!

When we made the reservation we said we had less than an hour (going to a play); we were in and out in 50 minutes as waiter advised which dishes would be ready quickly, and gave very attentive service, even though restaurant was qujte full.
coffee was bitter and could have been fresher. My son ordered the tuna salad grinder and was disappointed that the tuna was not White Albacore but was the cheaper type.

All food choices were excellent, and there's normally no wait to be seated. Zucco's specializes in Greek food. The Greek salads were outstanding, and included options for chicken or salmon. The mixed drinks were also very good.
The Wednesday night pasta is great and a good deal.

Everything about this restaurant is always excellent. They have to close and move elsewhere since the city took over that land. Hopefully they will find a place soon and will continue offering these certificates.
I think the waitress was new. Didn't check on us at all. Never asked about more drinks or anything.

We've eaten here 22 times and have had excellent dinners each time. The salmon special this past Saturday eve was outstanding.

As always the food is well prepared and there is plenty of it. The staff is friendly and do a great job. My wife and I do wish however that there could be a bit more variety like add a beef dish and change up the soup to something not so heavy.
The ribs were fall off the bone tender. The chicken bourbon Greek salad was yummy.

I would have given a 5 because everything was great except the length of time it took to get our food. The server explained that they were short one cook.

We went for Sunday brunch. The place was not at all crowded when we arrived but the service was slow, the food on the buffet was lukewarm, and the omelets we ordered were BOTH inedible due to the amount of salt in them. We are hoping this was just an off day so we plan to return for dinner at some point. But I have to say we would not do brunch again.

This is the 3rd time we have been to Zucco's Family Restaurant. Each time we were staying in Stockbridge and made sure to return to Zucco's. The food is great, the service is great and the price is great.

At lunch they have Chicken, Eggplant & Meatball parm but my wife wanted Veal and they made it for her with a slight up charge. I had the Chicken Slovakie on rice. Both meals were very good.

Service is always friendly. We always ask for our waitress Brenda, and she is a great server, always remembers how we like our drinks, salads, potatoes, whatever. She's the best!
The service and the food were very good. I would have given it a five but the roasted sweet potatoes were soggy because they were served on the same plate as the liver, onions and bacon and the drippings from the liver and onions got soaked into the potatoes.

Food was good as always although portion size was smaller this week on the Eggplant.One thing we see on an ongoing basis is that cold air seems to go throughout the building which makes us cold as well as the food.

The extra charges for extra bread, vegetables instead of rice, olive oil instead of butter turns all our friends away from this restaurant. They are right!!!The policies are very out of the ordinary…unheard of. The food is good but these policies send us away.
