Food would have been better if it wasn't over seasoned. If your going to add alot of seasoning to something it should be noted in your menu.

Had a hard time using the Restaurant.com app but manager and waitress were the best to help us figure things out. Very friendly, excellent service and food was very good too.
We always have a great experience at Zinos but not this time. The food was great but because of the waitress, we did not have a good experience. We had to ask for items 2-3 times (simple things like water, napkins, and sauces) She kept saying how busy she was and did not stay at our table long enough to hear what we needed. The food was great, we love Zinos but the waitress needs people skills. We went for a birthday celebration and our experience sort of soured it.
The pizza was not cook right the crust was to soft. The cheese stick had no taste. The sauce for the cheese stick had no taste. the price for a side salad the out of this world for letter tom. and dressing 6.75

Good food. Good service. Reasonably priced. Reasonably quiet environment. Close to where I live. Great place for a quick bite when the wife doesn't want to cook and you don't want to dress up to go to one of "those" expensive fancy places.

The side salads were excellent. They need to add more alfredo sauce to the broccoli, alfredo, and crab meat. The cheese cake was def. different. It was okay/good, but not the best. The key lime pie wasn't even a slice of pie. It was a bowl of what appeared to be mostly whipped cream. It tasted more like a bowl of lime flavored whip cream with a little gram at the bottom. Their fried corn bites were excellent. I didn't like how the waitress didn't know that I could pay for that extra side if it didn't come with my meal. She said I could only order an appetizer. Then, I found out she was wrong and that I could after I already ordered an appetizer. I'm looking forward to trying out their pizza, eggplant, or another Italian dish the next time since I bought 3 more restaurant.com $15 coupons for practically free as long as we spend $30.

Food good service good clean facility with friendly service. The BLT sandwich really had bacon on it. We could see the bacon as she brought it to table. The fajita wrap was so good my son would not share.

We were at the restaurant for supper just after opening so perhaps our experience isn't normal. Found it very quiet and relaxing. Service was great. It was fancy enough so it was hard to remember that we actually were inside a hotel.
Carolina BBQ is really good. Lasagna is good but not as good as other places. Service is great and that means a lot to us.

We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. My husband didn't like his food and they didn't offer him another choose nor took it off the bill. I won't be ordering from them again.

Order a variety of wings for a Fraternal Order of Police function and they were the absolute best!
Must be new owner. Food not that good any more. Prices in menu do not match the price that their computer prints out. So when asked, they made excuses. I told them that must increase their profits by making a little more off each customer.

What a great experience the owner came out with samples of different ideas that he has for expanding the menu. I was impressed with his new ideas. Expect big things from the new menu. Also i was assured that the pizza would not change after 30 years why fix it if it's not broken.

Waitress was friendly. Saw friends from the neighborhood there. Food was slow coming out of the kitchen. Not an unpleasant experience.

The server was nice, but forgot our kids cup several times. However, I believe she was fairly new. The owner did stop by and was great with the kids. However, the quality of the food was less than satisfactory overall, and it was overpriced. The pizza sauce tasted sour.

For the price the food is ok. The salad bar was typical, not worth the $3.50 add on to your meal price. There are other pizza type places we would rather go to than Zino's.
For the first time the pizza was not up to the standards for there. There was so little sauce on it we had to ask for more. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly.
We ordered a barbecue pork sandwich that was on daily specials that came with the homemade potato chips. The chips were a little overlooked. When I received the check I noticed we were charged a full price of the sandwich, not the special since this certificate excludes the special. If that's the case we should have had the the choice of the sides, not the chips, so after we complained we later got the additional sides which we took home. I also ordered an extra pizza and a sandwich to take home. We were told it doesn't count towards the total because it's a take out. I complained it shouldn't matter since we were eating at the restaurant and it's the same thing as taking home the left overs. The Texas chicken sub was a little disappointment, it came on a bun and rather small chicken, and the side mashed potato looked like a sponge. The pork sandwich and the pizza was okay, nothing to brag about. The waitress was nice enough to accommodate our requests, but we didn't like it when she was told to tell us about the additional order didn't apply towards the total.

The staff were very friendly, our table very clean, the food yummy, however we did witness the staff argue briefly and disagree on a menu listing. They were right by our table and included the manager as well.
Our waitress was great in helping us decide what to order. The food was wonderful- we will be returning again soon!
This review is for our recent "after-church" lunch party. We have a couple of favorite restaurants, but decided to try a new one. Oops....Our reservation for 15-20 people (confirmed the day before) was messed up by the restaurant, so we ended up seated in the bar, which was noisy and had a decidedly "non-church" décor.And since our ONE server was also the ONE bartender, service was extremely slow. She made a great effort, but there is only so much one person can handle.On a positive note, the food was GREAT, as always. Generous portions and great tasting. I'll be back, but I don't think we'll bring the church group again.

I would have had a better experience if I was not alone and not really in a rush , but I spent longer than I would have there. They were on the slow side with service and it wasn't even busy. They seem to have many regular repeat customers. The servers were friendly and so was the owner.
Jessica gave us excellent service even though she was also training another server.

I was a bit aggravated that they I ordered the meal deal which is a regular menu item and was told that it was a special and didn't qualify for the restaurant.com certificate. I have been there many ti,Ed an dusted this certificate and ordered the meal deal. It just always seems that whoever is there makes up the rules as they go.
Zino's is making it difficult to use the restaurant.com certificates, they really need to train their waitresses, service is very poor. Often the server will wait until after you get your bill to tell you that you ordered something that makes the certificate invalid, or you are pennies from the minimum limit when they already told you that it was fine. Food takes a LOOOONG time to come out and is usually not hot. These are things we had not experienced at Zinos until recently. Overall I think they have a lot of work to do to bring this restaurant back up to parI will wait awhile to go back hoping they make a change. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 3
Food is good and so is the staff
Waitress was a tiny Oriental girl; very pleasant. 2 Pizzas, (Zino's Special & Meat Lovers), tonight were excellent. We dined late, so the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

Waitress was rude and wrong on 2 things. 1st was, that we sent well over the min $ amount and their (rule) did not even apply in the end! Why the arugment? 2nd at first she insisted we could not take our left over food home! Again the all you could eat pasta (rule) did not apply because our guest only had one portion! It will take some effort to get my wife back in Zino's again! We use to talk friends here after church on Sunday.

Coupon wouldn't take correctly due to another special they were running. They finally got it to go through, but I only saved $7 instead of $10. Not too happy @ that.
Please start accepting the phone application certificate code without having to print out the page. The phone app was created by restaurant.com so that you don't have to print it out. It was very inconvenient to get to the restaurant and be told I have to have the print out. I had to go home and print it out, which is a hassle since not everyone has perfect working printers ready to print out at a moments notice. Mine stays in a closet because I have normally have no need for it, nor does it work all the time. Please update your policy. Other restaurants accept the new phone application version of the certificate, why don't you? Thanks.
I didn't think the food could get any better, the, I ate a chicken ceasar wrap !!!! Awesomeness !!
Server seemed to have limited knowledge of the menu dishes. Have you ever thought of adding speakers to the individual booths so that while dining the group could listen to the televised station?

Great atmosphere. Server was very nice but we had to ask for straws & then later after our appetizer arrived for silverware. Food was.good..prices were appropriate. Will go back for sure! Nice to have somewhere to eat here locally in Deep Creek.

We had three different entrees and we did not enjoy any of them.
Noisy, and the service slow. The Italian dishes ordered did not taste Italian. Only the desert tasted Italian.
I was stuffed off the wings and could not start on my Burger. That was a frist for me.
Ordered sausage sub received meatball sub. Waitress corrected but then forgot the salads. Didn't realize it until left.
I go to Zino's regularly but rarely eat there. The pizza was fair, wings were good but celery was dirty, and appitizer sampler was very unappealing and very over cooked. The other members in my party were very dissappointed in the quality of the food as well.
The food is awesome at Zino's and, our server, Jen is just as awesome. We love the family atmosphere and personal attention. Zino's rocks !
If we want wonderful pizza, we know we can come to Zino's, but it definitely helps when we have the coupon!

My family used to eat out at Zino's almost every week when I was growing up. And, if we didn't dine in, my Dad would pick up pizza on the way home from work. Tonight, I introduced my husband and two of our best friends (all three new to the Deep Creek area) to Zino's and they were all thrilled about the experience and the food. I think I've created three more Zino aficionado's!
Pizza was really very good! The waitress was EXCELLENT! It had been Years (maybe a decade) since we've been there. We won't take so long to return. Good service, good food, good price - can't beat it.
thed food is overpriced,the quality isn't the best and the quanity is poor when you pay for crabcakes at 13.00 dollars you expect them not to be burned and the salad should come with it!then after sending it back i got 12 med steamed shrimp!!people will come back if they get value for their money.

It is a small, comfortable restaurant. The salad bar food was very fresh and tasty. All 4 of us in my party enjoyed our meals. I got crab cakes and they were all crab, no filler and delicious. We look forward to going back soon.
The service and the atmosphere were decent. The food was subpar, especially for the price. However, we are going to give the place one more chance, but only order pizza. I was also unimpressed that the drink menu on the table advertised happy hour prices for alcohol, but when I received my bill I was told the prices only applied at the bar.
Been coming there since I was a Child and first moved to deep creek.. The the owner is second to none and Great Food and Service is always received at Zino's would recommend to all of my Friends.
