First time to use my gift certificate and I was denied to use it after the redemption was completed I was told that the meal include chips as cashier stated by it was really not included and when I asked They said no So I had to pay cash , told false information about the order and loose my gift certificate that was not used but redeemed , very unhappy
We did not dine in the restaurant but did take out. The bowl I got was not what I expected based on the description in the menu. It had raw diced onions versus the pickled red onions described in the menu.
The manager girl, not sure of her name was very responsive to my issue with not enough chocolate bring in my cranberry truffle so she made me another one right and was very nice
The young cashier girl was excellent and she even labeled all four of my smoothies, and this was a first and I appreciate that. She also told me about the survey where I can get another smoothie fir$1.99 when I purchased an entree. Great service!!

The restaurant was clean, great decorum, professional and friendly staff and the entree was plated and served beautifully! I couldn’t wait to dig in. I forgot to take a picture on post on my InstaGram page.
Overall good. Out of limes and drink carriers this trip though. Out of fruit last trip. Not good.
