Beautiful view of 4th Lake! Always hard at end of season to find help but we went early and got good service! Had the daily special of Beef Stroganoff......Ordered over mashed potatoes because last time we ordered it w/ pasta they used rainbow spiral noodles that should only be used for pasta salad!!No egg noodles...linguine! Green beans not cooked enough. But everything OK!

Food good as always. Server 'Kelly' did not bring salad until 'two bites taken' before dinner arrived. Did not ask if we needed refills on our drinks. Did not ask if we wanted dessert. More concerned about other tables on the porch. 'Thanked' us for coming with her back turned as she walked away.
This location is along way from my home. The one is Louisville ky at river road is awful. Last time it was nasty. Dishes was dirty. But this on in Indiana is great.!!!

The woods inn is a great place to eat in their dining room, porch or tavern they also have a great place to stay with rooms for almost any occasion but best of all is the personal staff members that makes you feel better than you did before you came
The woods inn dining staff are friendly to talk to and very efficient, the chef is excellent and will try to accommodate you in every way. Their laughing loon tavern is quaint and now the new tiki bar located next to the boat dock is a great addition along with the mini bar set up on the beautiful porch. The new owners have big plans for continued improvements just love it there
