Do to the what is going on in this world today, I felt the Sweet Frog is doing an excellent job in keeping us safe.
We dined on a Friday night. It was crowded which is always a good sign for a restaurant. We had a reservation and they took us on time. The service was good and our food was very good. The music was a little loud but enjoyable. The prices were reasonable. I’d recommend it.

Seating arrangements are uncomfortable and cramped. It is a bit pricey
We were the last customers before closing and the cashier on staff gave us his undivided attention at the Rock Hill, SC location. He did not try to rush us out of the store. One of the flavors we sampled did not taste right. It could have been a spoiled ingredient. The cashier sampled and agreed. We selected other flavors. Excellent customer service!

the floor was so sticky that I came very close to walking out of my shoes and could've tripped up because of it. It's very expensive and only one choice for "no sugar added".

Love sweet frogs RH. My only opinion would be to please add more no sugar added flavors. Vanilla is pretty much a constant, but would like one other flavor beside vanilla. Mix the no sugar added up just a little. I know im in the minority with those who have to watch sugar. However, that being said. This is a GREAT sweet frogs. Excellent service!
Cashier was nice and socialable to customers.
As they had a private party going on in their dinning area they sat us in the bar side and gave my wife a chair to sit on rather than a bar stool. Our waitress was very attentive with out be over bearing. Great thin crust pizza.

Chad operates this location as if it were his own. The hospitality is phenomenal and the atmosphere is very comfortable for conversation. You could go 1000 times and never have the same dessert.
