We picked up pizza to go and by the time we got home it was very soggy on the bottom. I am sure that it was due to the type and the items on the pizza. This was completely my doing by not eating it immediately, but was still very disappointed when I got home just ten minutes later.

Is only a take out facility, but promotes its deep dish pizza as being akin to Chicago's famed pizzerias... and they did not disappoint; deliciously matching the yummy's of Chicago's finest such as Gino's East, My PI, and the like.

I ordered cheesesteak sandwich and cheese garlic bread to go. I asked for napkins but had no idea that I would need a fork. The sandwich is pretty messy and I was eating it at the office not at home. It probably requires a fork and knife.

The food was good, but service was very slow including getting our bill so we could pay it.
Pizza was completely soggy! The box fell apart it was so wet. A shame because the toppings had good flavor and would have been good.

The pizza was very good but too pricey for us. We will continue purchasing at the local chain and getting our pizza for $10 and not paying the $24 for the same size.
The staff is very friendly and the view is great. The food is always good and so is the service.
The food quality was poor. The $25 halibut had to have been pre-frozen because the texture was hard and rubbery. The steak chewy, fatty and overcooked. Our server, the only one we saw, was overwhelmed. Very disappointed.

Chicago has nothing on our KC-folks. Just returned from there and sampled their Calzone.The KC one, actually, has more of each ingredient. Happy to have found out the difference-although both cities make them tasty as all out. Try one and tell me that I am Wrong!

The fact that their Calzone is my MOST favorite item is the reason I share my $5 coupons with friends. The fact that they are always busy when I pick up my order tells me that I am not the only one who is their fan. For the first timers: start at the top of their Menu and work your way down. All of their creations are worthy of a visit!Trust me!
My order was lost, causing an additional 10-minute wait on top of an already 10-15 minute wait, and it was uncomfortably chilly in the waiting area.

The never ending great taste is why we keep driving a long distance and bought a special heated pouch for the long ride back. Got to keep the Calzones nice and hot. If you have NOT tried their creation you have not lived!
Best Chicago, or any thin crust pizza in the entire Kansas City area. We pay $27.00 (includes tax and tip) for an 18 inch double sausage pizza. The two of us get three meals out of it. It is delicious!!!
Folks, I think that I have gotten addicted to the Calzone. I normally like to sample other foods, but now their food and style has got me hooked. If you have NOT tried their food-especially the hypnotizing Calzone, do try it.

This is one of our two favorite pizza/pasta places in the city. We have worked with this Rosati's as a company as well. The service is always excellent, and the employees are very friendly. We have appreciated the Managers with whom we have worked as well. Overall, a top rating is much deserved-and has been for three years running!

We had a restaurant.com coupon, so tried this for the first time. We got 3 10" pizzas to feed 4 small kids and 2 adults, and it was plenty. The kids loved it, which says a lot since usually one of the four won't like it. The kids had double crust pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. My husband and I had the chicago deep dish 10" which was enough for 2 meals for both of us. It was SOOO good! I would definitely get this again if I had a coupon, etc. The price (without my coupon) would have been pretty high to feed a family of 6. But we all loved it, great quality ingredients!

Rosatis is really the best pizza in Kansas City. I probably eat there way too much, but the food is delicious. I've sent a number of friends there and will continue to do so!

Waited for them to open an hour late as I was already there. Italian sausage sandwich had no peppers or onions or cheese.....really? Are you kidding me? Pizza should have been better. Everything was there for a great pizza, but just wasn't put together well. When the person got there over an hour late he was rude, almost like it was my fault. This is not at all like my first experience which was a good one. I'll give them one more try.
I enjoyed the pizza and my guest liked their calzone but said it could have had more spinach & mushrooms because they could count how many spinach leaves were in calzone.

Pizza was delicious!
Cashier was barely helpful so my order was poorly chosen. Was this guy clueless on competitors pizzas? The lack of a carryout menu was also a turnoff. The crust(deep dish) was completely soggy by the time i got it home. The calzone was nasty as well. Of course i didn't notice that mushrooms was one of the main ingredients. Was that mushroom juice running out of it? Nope, i'll never go back and eat there again.
This is a dine out only resturant. We were not aware of this, but were okay with it. We were told our order would take about 45 min and ended up taking 1 1/2hr because they forgot one of our meals and had to make it. The rest of our food was cold by the time we got home (only 15 min away)! We heard great reviews about their pizza from the other customers who ate there regularly while we were waiting. However, we did not order pizza. Their pasta dishes were mediocre, but I feel our money would have been better spent at Fazoli's!
Wasn't impressed with the pizza we ordered, but that is my fault in not ordering better. I ordered a pizza with a lot of meat and it came with too much for my preference. Kind of weird saying that. We will try something else next time with more of a mix.
