Called the restaurant in Kelso WA. To place order,which I should of known better when the person that answered the phone couldn't understand English. I made a decent size order but it ended up a disaster. Ordered the crab your way wanted crab Alfredo but was told out of Alfredo cause so I settled for 1lb of crab legs with melted garlic butter which they were out of so again I settled for melted butter. Thinking I was getting dungeness it ended up they were out and they replaced it with snow crab completely different. Also ordered shrimp Alfredo they had the sauce for that but not the crab? I ordered extra sauce thinking I could make my own noodles. I was told the sides didn't come with the entre which was fine ordered 3 sides of asparagus and melted butter . Also four deserts. Ended up with nothing because we don't care for snow crab. I was also told they didn't offer senior discount at this time. Went to pick up order discussed the issues with cashier and he didn't offer any kind of substitute for any of the order.After driving to get the order . And having to order extra sauce and butter and biscuits. Cancled order could of been handled alot better. So red lobster you have lost our business.
