Waitress was wonderful, correct, friendly and very helpful
Waitress was pleasant and very thoughtful. Food was amazing..we even took leftovers home but we're full! Decorating was very nice.
The quality of service was excellent! They really made you feel like you're valued. Very courteous, very patient and polite. The food was excellent. At the end, the server even remembered the discount I had shown him in the beginning. And made sure it was applied. Mr. Portofino himself came out and greeted us. Loved it!
The food and service was amazing. Everyone was kind and attentive.
First time using the restaurant app, manager explained to us how to use it. The staff was very attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended, will go there more often.
I've been going to Portofino's for over 20 years and have given and attended. parties there. It is consistently excellent, with waitstaff that are well trained and really seem to enjoy their work. Everything is perfection.
We have often enjoyed their Sunday brunch but do not have dinner often. It was delish!
I was disappointed with the food because I felt as a neighborhood restaurant that has been in my area for some time, the entrée and pasta that came with it, was very small. For what I paid, and compared it to a combination pizzeria/restaurant, their portions and prices were better. i

They definitely were short handed but they did the job.
Soup was not hot but very good, service was poor, food was good. I ordered my salmon medium rare, after waitress took the rest of the table orders, she came back to me & said you want your salmon well done right? I said no medium rare. When I received my meal, it was well done. It had to be returned to the kitchen. It was very disappointing as my other four friends were eating their meals without me.
Food was excellent, cooked the way I ordered. The waiter knew the ingredients in the dishes which was helpful in ordering. We ordered what he recommended and it did not disappoint.
Server was knowledgeable about the menu. He knew what was in the dishes and recommended wine pairing.
Maybe we'll go again some time. It was good, but not great.....
Portions for sides were poor It’s changedthe food was bland Won’t be going back I asked waitress for water because she took our pitcher away she told to get it my self I asked please She brought a pitcher of ice When I tried to pour the little bit of water all the ice poured out

We were greeted by a lovely waitress. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was superb..,will definitely come back.
We had a very enjoyable evening, the food was excellent as was the service. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. One person in our party is a chef and he was very pleased with the experience. My only negative is that is is a little noisy, but not so much as to spoil the evening.

If we could give 0 rating we would. Food was below subpar, service was not so good. Bill was incorrect - charged for 3 dinners - only 2 of us. Should have followed our gut feeling and not stayed for dinner. BBQ chicken was supposed to be boneless, skinless - was not - served stone cold with bbq sauce just poured on - not warm, steamed vegetables were not steamed, not even al dente, oily and salty, ribs were dry and not fresh, collard greens were bitter, corn muffin was so zapped in the microwave that it was like rubber. Very, poor quality all around.

Baby back ribs and garlic bread are amazing. Skip the beef ribs, they are too tough. Also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Seemed to be only one server but he was very good and quick.

The food is good. The noise level is much too high.
I eat at the restaurant every month or so, and the food is usually very good. This time I ordered the special "Sword Fish". It was over Broccoli rob. The fish was dried out & the broccoli was like rubber.
I visited this establishment often, however now the nenu has changed so I don't believe I'll be going again. The prices have increased also and the good isn't as good.
The restaurant is clean and well lighted, and the service is excellent.
