We always have a good time here we are winter visitors but we own are here 6 & 6 months. We always have a good time here!

The service is so slow. Ordered All You Can Eat Fish and were told we could only re-order one piece of fish at a time. And re-orders were SO SLOW ! So unless you have lots and lots of time to waste don't bother. Fortunately the fish tasted very good.
Overpriced menu. The quality of food was not equal to the prices they charge. My chicken roulade was like rubber. For a $25 meal, they credited $6 for the uneaten chicken....which most of it was uneaten. For a $175 bill, they could have/should have reimbursed more than that.
Service was fantastic and the entire restaurant was spotless. Neutral because of the food quality. I had bacon wrapped prawns in Bourbon sauce. The prawns were excilent as was the sauce but the bacon was very, very chewy.
We selected a table on the patio near the service area (pantry) and waited for service. In that time that six servers passed by our table, not one acknowledged us. No menu was offered, no drink order suggested, no eye contact, it was as if we were not there (especially hard to imagine since my German Shepherd Companion dog was at my feet. The "service" was less than adequate with one exception, a young man (Bus Boy) came by our table before anyone else and asked if we would care of a glass of water or anything. I know that he is a Bus Boy and not a Server because I asked. Regrettably, I do not recall his name to tell you here. When he spoke, he spoke quietly, intelligently and with purpose. I telephoned the managers office the following day and left this message on the assistant mangers answering machine with a suggestion (which I repeat now) that the young employee be recognized and complimented on his supreme attitude and Service. A few words to the waitress staff and their manager would be in order as well.

Beautiful outside dining overlooking the London Bridge. Server was excellent. Food was great.
Wait staff is always excellent. A big fan of the half price appetizers during happy hour. Coconut shrimp and firecracker shrimp are our favourite. Not a fan of lobster rolls or crab cakes. Miss the roasted Brussel sprouts.
Food is overpriced, hidden charges such as a dollar a blue cheese olives / really! don’t you think you should tell people that they’re paying a dollar and olive. So it was a $15 martini. Also for your big event you were understaffed and waitresses and waiters were trying to squeeze through our tables because you had too many to close .

Happy hour until 6 with half-priced appetizers. Today I am glad I didn't pay full price for the chicken quesadilla. It was cold, chewy and the chicken was tough. Everything else was fine.
Was told Dad would get a free dessert for his birthday but they charged me for it. Waitress was kind of ditzy but the food was excellent.

Our Service on the patio was mixed The young lady we finally ended up with was very good but the others of your staff seemed to be in a daze, walking new and insuring that they did not make eye contact to acknowledge that I was trying to get their attention and service. The bartender inside was very attentive and pleasant.

The fettuccine Alfredo had no taste the chicken was overcooked and the waiter goofed on my sons place where he did not even touch his food

Ambience - excellent; soft lights, soft music; minimal classy décor; booth big enough-you wouldn't hear conversations from other booths; Sports TV on Guests were not loud - relaxing environment Fine dining; bubbly wine Laprill, our server, was warm and friendly. She took good pictures for our anniversary. Thanks, Laprill, for making our evening fun.

Great food, fantastic service and the prices are reasonable.
Our bartender, Christopher, was very attentive and told us about specials and our drinks, my chocolate martini was awesome.
The chicken quesadilla appetizers used to have a lot of chicken but the ones we had tonight had very little chicken. Yes, we ordered chicken quesadilla.
Swordfish is difficult to find these days, but I ordered it and it was delish.

I always rate Martini Bay very highly, I can't tell you how disappointed we were this time. The service was terrible, and I ordered my drink and sent it back 3 times, and then ordered wine I ordered Tonic, and received Soda water each time. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant.
Food was great, service not so good. Waitress didn't come back w water refills. Sadly a security officer brought us a pitcher of water. Pricey for the service we received.

It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Salmon and it was the best I have ever eaten. My wife ordered the flay with mushrooms. The flay had excellent flavor but they forgot the mushrooms.
The service was slow and he restaurant was not even busy. The food was terrible...the chicken in the pasta was smaller than the size of a pea. The steaks were over cooked and overall we were very disappointed!

Loved the outdoor dining. Great views and food. Waitress was friendly. Atmosphere was ideal, but not formal. We prefer open air dining. Only serve until 9 pm. Wide range of menu items and prices

Was a lovely evening to sit out on the deck overlooking Lake Havasu and enjoy the sunset. Our server, Stacy, was friendly and very attentive. Fun evening with friends!

We had the worst service ever. once our cold food was served, which seemed like forever. We never saw our server again. At least not til someone had to go find her. I have worked in the food service for 55 years, and I would probably put that young lady back in training.

Service is a tiny bit slow, but not irritatingly so. Small population town serving mostly tourists, so you aren't getting Newport Beach servers. One of the 'best' restaurants in town.
Food took to long to make and serve. We where there for an hour before the food was served. They brought out 3 Katsups and they where all empty. My son got up and grabbed one from another table. All the food was very good.

Portions of fish seemed a bit small. We've never been to a restaurant where NO bread was served or offered. Veggies & rice were great. Fish was cooked nicely. Service was very slow. Nice waitress , sweet but it was 40 min to get our food. :(.

The unique menu was interesting in that the options are so varied. I wanted some of each but settled for the Chicken Roumalade and the Pork Tenderloin. Both wee excellent.

We ordered the Filet and New York steaks. The New York was cooked well--ordered medium rare. It was replaced--mostly fat and still not cooked to order. Tough--terrible piece of meat. Would not order again. For what you charge it would be to your benefit to look into a better meat supplier. Filet was cooked on one side and not the other. Our server was excellent. She tried to make it right. An adjustment was made to the bill. We will be back but will stick to appetizers or burgers. Still the best Dirty Martinis in town!

We get to Lake Havisu one or two times per year. We love going to Martini Bay. We are still a great ticket, even with the discount. Last evening our check was $52. We love the experience and the value with Restaurant.com. Our server was great also.

Best martinis in town--they totally live up to their name! We have a favorite waiter-Daniel- who we always request. Excellent food and service. We were going there before a member of Restaurant.com. We always take friends and neighbors there when they are visiting so it is not always just the two of us drinking and dining.
excellent steak cooked properly at reasonable price for large portion. Good wine list, nice atmosphere. Some very interesting appetizers as well.
We got there early 4:10 and it got off to a little slow start, but all was fine in the long run.

The cocoanut shrimp came burnt and was sent back and the second time it came burnt again! The appetizer was expensive and TINY! The penne past was FLOATING in oil! The only thing that was good was how hard our waitress tried. She got a full tip; the manager & chef were awful!!
The new salmon dinner was excellent! Much better than the previous recipe. Would like to see a small side salad included with entrees, or at least offered for a small price.

We were placed in a private room and almost ignored. Since it was a Valentines special menu. The gratuity was included. I think the waitress knew that. She was not pleasant and border lined on rude. We sat for nearly ten minutes for her to cork our wine that was after we attempted to get help from the bartender.

The server was great. The atmosphere and music was nice also. The menu on Restaurant.com is NOT the same menu they have. Very disappointed they didn't have what we wanted from the restaurant.com menu. We settled for the Blacken Chicken Fett. Alfredo and the sauce was horrible, we couldn't even eat it. The chicken was good though.

It isn't a 5 star restaurant and I think the entrees are a bit over priced compared to other restaurants who serve better food. The dinners were good but not outstanding. We had to ask for bread to be served with our meal.

Entree did not come with salad or soup, waitress did not mention this and had to find her to add additional salad. Hostess was not around to set us, waitress had to do the seating. Asked for birthday cake, and hostess sent waitress to our table to find out about the request.

We went on a Wednesday night early. It was all you could eat snow crab. They were sweet but just not much meat in the shell. I would not of bought them if I was shopping at a seafood store. One of us had fried coconut shrimp which was over cooked. Service was excellent. Prices of a glass of was under $5.
Not a lot of food for the price. Limited entree menu.Food really did not have much flavor, despite the description on the menu.

The filet Mignon and the Chicken Gordon Blu were excellent! Only issue was that only 2 waitresses were working on Christmas, when we ate there. They were overworked and service was slow due to that. Their service, however, was excellent when they could get to it!

The atmosphere is wonderful. Would like to see a few more choices on the menu. I understand that in Havasu it is often difficult to juggle between having a lot of choices but keeping everything fresh.
Chicken in the taco salad (not sure of the exact name) would have been better if it had been freshly grilled, not cold. Did not care for the taste of the chicken.

The only people that enjoyed their dinner were the ones that chose the fish and chips.The rest of us ordered steak, pasta or chicken. The food was overpriced for for what you got. Our server was new and seemed undertrained. The only thing that saved her was that a more experienced server came to her rescue. We all live in Lake Havasu City and are not "snow birds".
