Food was very good. Service a little slow but with just reopening the dining room it was understandable.
Food was excellent and exactly as ordered. Our young server disappeared for a long period of time. We had to request assistance from another server, so service could have been better.

Super friendly and professional. Great food and people!
The food was good, the service was barely mediocre. Four out of five diners received their meals and the fifth diner kept being told "Yours is coming". After three people finished their meals,the last entree arrived with o apologies.

I sat there watching people who came in after me get waited on before me. As I was about to leave, the server finally came & took my order. She was very unhappy and walked away as I was trying to tell her what I wanted.
I was charged $1.00 more on my credit card than what I authorized!
It took 38 minutes to get the appetizers and 55 minutes to get the main dish.
Excellent food. I had duck, my daughter the coconut mussels and they were taste and wonderful
I always look forward to the Mussels, and I am never disappointed. My husband does not eat seafood, and this time, he had chicken cordon bleu and it was wonderful

We've been going here for years and always order the mussels. They're great and they come with incredible fries and a glass of wine at a very reasonable price.

Family owned restaurant, relaxed atmosphere and great food! The only setback was the waitress....I believe she was new and not on the ball. The daughters however are the nicest.
they make the filet of sole like nobody does and it is a reason I go there. The service is excellent, no rush, relax.
In this unique French bistro you feel like you’re in Paris. The muscles and fries are to die for and you have a choice of many different sources.
The mussels are great! We had them as an appetizer. And then each had an entre -salmon, sole, and frogs legs salad. The mussel broth and bread could have been a delicious meal by itself. Haven eaten here a number of time over the last three seasons.
We love Le Comptoir ! The chef/owner, and her daughters are wonderful. The food is always great. The mussels are the best around.
Canned tuna with the tomato tartare - No!!! No!!!! No!!!! And the pomme frites were horrible.

There's specialty is Mussels with many different types of sauces, we also tried the fillet of sole very good. I would recommend it.

Food is excellent, especially the mussels and french fries. Also the rib steak, chicken cordon bleu and the chef salad. The menu has limited choices. On this occasion the service was very slow, which is not usual.
The service, food, and mostly the mussels in many choices of sauces are outstanding!
Overall experience very good, maybe extending the menu further would be a good idea.

They have wonderful mussels here with a variety of sauces and at a very reasonable price. The restaurant also is cute and very cozy.
The restaurant is known for their mussels and they were absolutely amazing. I had the ones made with a blue cheese sauce. Natalie, our server, was fabulous!

Great tasting onion soup. Ordered mussels in tomato & garlic sauce ... very small mussels arrived in a bowl. I asked if the mussels were large in size before ordering. So much for asking.

It has been aaaaawhile since we were there. Tried about 2 weeks ago on a Sat. and it was reservation only. We went last night, Weds., no waiting or reservations needed. Food Phenomenal! Service very good, since everything is prepared to order.Mussels with Curry Sauce outstanding!! Next time willo try Blue cheese on staff recommendation. I rate this restaurant even better than 5 stars for cuisine. Wine excellent and variety of choices. My husband - not a seafood person, had steak which was tender, cooked perfectly. Both come with Pommes frites and they are delicious. Highlt recommended - but do not be in a hurry - this is DINING not FAST FOOD!!

The menu is very limited. I wish they would expand the menu. Good food and reasonably priced.
I thought tacos would be corn but were flour and didn't have cabbage in my fish tacos. Very bland flavor. I'm from Chicago and use to more "kick" in Mexican food.
