I went there Saturday with friends who had reservations. We had to wait for a large party to be done before we we're waited on . I ordered jumbo shrimp which I had many times and I was very disappointed!!! The shrimp were medium size breaded shrimp. Mind came after everyone had theirs and they were cold. If you can't get the jumbo shrimp anymore than lower the price.! Everyone that order shrimp was upset. Used to love going there before but will think twice about it now but definitely not ordering shrimp.
Great food and outstanding service, even on the busiest nights.
Fast and friendly service during peak time. Baked fish was excellent, deep fried fish was very good. Jo Jo potatoes were OK. Prefer when they served waffle fries with fish.

we came specifically for the frog legs. very few restaurants offer them. the meat was very juicy---but the batter was a bit too thick for my preference.

I was very disappointed tonight . I order the rock shrimp - I got the rock with no shrimp . It was terrible . It’s obvious Dani found a special price on shrimp from her vendor and the customer paid for it .

Crowded with snowmobile people but the staff was efficient and the prime rib and sides were so delicious

AUCE Fish Fry: very good. One of few places in the area which actually take reservations. Walked in on time and immediately seated. Respectfully asked to move to bar when lingering after meal to facilitate next diners.

Those that had fish fry were happy, the chicken breast was not done - pink, rubbery in middle and fries were cold. I understand it is difficult to divide checks up to couples and a single in a group of 7, but it would have been appreciated.
Best tasting fish fry we have experienced; the side slaw was excellent, the warm herbed rolls were yummy, and julienned fries were delicious.

Fine Dinning just does not get any better.
Thier Friday fish fry is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.
Only one problem: we asked to substitute a side for the side that came with the ordered meal. We were told on, but we're charged full menu price for the substitution. When we asked why, we were told that the computer would not allow it. Why were we not told ahead of getting the meal and why did we then not get the included side along with the substitution since we were paying for both.

Waitress seemed a bit unsure of how the discount works. We knew we had spent very close to the required $100 and she told us we still had about $45 to spend so we ordered after dinner drinks. We ended up spending more than we planned. It turned out that the discount had already been applied to our tab and she didn't seem to know that.... Otherwise she was very nice and provided great service.

The prime rib was one of the best we have ever had. We also love the Saturday night salad special, you have to try it! The staff was very friendly and service was quick too.
The Saturday night prime rib was a beautiful cut, and very large for the price. Oftentimes, a cut like this is half gristle, but not this one.I've had better wild rice soup.The Saturday salad is fun to get and tasty.The after-dinner Grasshopper was served in a martini glass and was rather thin; was expecting a bigger drink for the price, and more ice-creamy, but every place is different.Beautiful setting and a nice drive out to the lodge.

Everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were put in a quiet, secluded spot away from the snowmobiling crowd and enjoyed the solitude. The food was very good.
The fish fry is always delicious! The coleslaw is our favorite coleslaw anywhere so don't lose that recipe!

The atmosphere is great, it is clean. The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. Our waitress, Kim, was right on top of it. She was right there with refills and whatever we needed. The food was hot and delicious. Best wings in town. All and all a great experience. We would recommend Lost Land Lake Lodge to everyone.
One of our favorite spots in the Hayward Lakes area. Food is consistantly excellent and reasonably priced. The service is great. A beautiful location with a great view!
