Although the food and waiter service was very good, I didn’t like feeling rushed. After we paid the bill another waiter came to out table to inform us that he would need the table in 5 minutes. When I looked around the restaurant there were several open tables and absolutely no one waiting. Not a very good first experience.
We come to vacation in Vegas once a year and we eat here every time. Place is small but personal. Delicious food, hot and very fast.

When I arrived the location was closed even though the hours stated something different
They didn’t give a ticket and charged my card $5 more

The dish with smoked salmon and shrimp with pasta was overbearing with garlic. However, the Korean tacos were excellent.
John's is a wonderful family-run restaurant with a quiet atmosphere and fabulous home-cooked meals. We discovered it many years ago while driving from our home in Baltimore to some property in WV. Twenty years ago we moved to VA, only about 10 miles from John's. We have been fairly regular customers ever since.
Lots of variety of mexican food to order from. So many, that I had to ask owner if it was all mexican. He was very friendly and helpful to any questions one might have of the menu. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Food is good. Place is real small and clean. Best of all, he took my restaurant.com certificate with no problem.

This mom and pop Mexican restaurant serves authentic fare. We each ordered huevos rancheros which came with chips & salsa, rice, refried beans and warm tortillas. The owner also served us complimentary cups of their delicious consomme loco which is a fat free chicken rice soup spiked with cilantro. Neither of us could do this bountiful meal justice. Our bill fell short of the minimum purchase requirement on our gift certificate so we ordered a slice of flan to go. Later the same day we shared the flan which we found to be tasty, but a bit too heavy.
