The coupon I had from your company states I can bring a printed copy or use the app. They did not accept the printed copy and wanted me to use the app. After 15 minutes of getting it on the app they were not sure how to proceed and just took a picture of my phone showing certificate was used at the restaurant. Tables were dirty and we had to inform them to clean. Ordered and food came luke warm at best. Tasted good but even the coffee was not HOT.
