This is my favorite restaurant in the West Valley. Small and cozy. Excellent food. Only negative is the extremely slow service the last three visits. But that doesn’t keep me away.

The minestrone soup was really a vegetable soup. The bread was not fresh it w as frozen reheated, in my opinion. The eggplant parmesan was good.

Small, quaint Italian restaurant with really yummy food and an above average selection of wines. Server was average (just not very chatty or over the top). Decor could use some updating and the music could be turned down a smidge.

The food was excellent, and I have no issues with the service or any other aspects of the visit except that the lighting was so dim that we could not read our menus. Thought of pulling out the cell phones and usually the flashlight app but thought it would be very tacky.

i know the food isn't prepared until you order it. but to wait 25 minutes for the salad to come and to have to flag another waitress down to refill our drinks was ridiculous. too slow and not attentive.

Nice small restaurant with very good Italian food. I got the shrimp scampi in a champagne sauce with a side of linguini. The linguini was in a marinara sauce, but would have preferred it if it was all the same sauce. My wife got the veal parmesan which she said was good, but the breading on the veal was mushy and made the marinara sauce thick. It looks like only the owners (husband & wife) were there to cook and serve about 10 tables, so the service was slow which pushed our meal to 2 hours. Overall, very good.

We come especially for your wonderful soups. The mushroom soup has changed since we have been coming to this restaurant. It needs many more mushrooms and bigger sizes of mushrooms as used to be in the soup. Also way less or no celery at all. Ice tea tastes as if the water is mildewed. Not sure why but even smells as such.

Charming! Old fashioned "Italian" music, e.g., Sinatra, D. Martin, etc... Complimentary bread worth making a meal of itself! Husband RAVED over lasagna! Great service.

Apparently oven was malfunctioning a bit but the food was really good. The minor little complaint would be that I wish the bread was just a bit toastier but that's probably the oven issue.

This restaurant is my all time favorite in the West Valley. The atmosphere is quaint. White tablecloths. Good service though most would consider it slow. Instead we look at it as a leisurely and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Pleasant atmosphere with Andre Bochelli singing in the background. Minestroni soup, brushetta, veal, risotto with chicken, shrimp and sausage,all rounded out the meal. We wiped our platters clean with delicious warm bread.

The place is small,but very quaint.The ambience was lovely.The service was great. The food was delicious. The bread was very good,a focaccia bread and a cibatta roll.We had 3 servings of the breads. For dessert we had the cannoli which was awesome. It was a wonderful dining experience.

The pasta took much too long to cook and was not told this for about 20 minutes; sauce and meat was way too salty and quite dry; sauce was not red but orange; clam chowder had no clams--not even tiny pieces; probably won't be back

This was a nice little place to eat at. The food was good and had an authentic appeal. The reason I didn't give it a five was that it was warm and a little stuffy in there. It was a warm day and even though it was Winter they should have turned the a/c on.

The food quality was amazing. I selected the soup for my apetizer and it was THE BEST claim chowder I have ever had. The waitress says all their soups are fabulous and I believe her. Both of the entrees were equally excellent.The dinning area and kitchen looked like an old fast food restaurant that they did their best to look decorate like a formal restaurant. I can deal with that. We relaxed and enjoyed the excellent food.We arrived before the busy dinner crowd and the food took longer than I would have liked to receive. It was about 30 minutes before receiving the soup/salad. I would be worried dinning during peak dinning hours because the wait could be very long, but well worth the wait.

the service was poor..had to wait a very long time for our drink..salad and entree..however the fooe was delicous..a small cocroach ran up my daughter's arm and we knowcke it to the floor and my son stepped on it..I mentioned it to the manager/cook and he did not really respond..I think he may have thought we made it up to get a free meal or something...Theserver was not friendly and attentive....food was worth the visit

It was very slow, it appeared it was an issue of being understaffed. Our waitress attended to another table that came in after us first, and it was 15 minutes before we placed an order and 35 minutes before we received our salad/soup. My entree came much later and it was wrong, but I received my correct one shortly later. An assistant manager gave us a free dessert to go which was nice, the kitchen was working hard, but seemed also to be understaffed. The food was good, one table of 4 left and I think it was because they were there quite awhile without someone taking their order. food was good though, it was hot in the restaurant!
