The food is fresh, the waiter is always right there when you need him and he is very courteous.

Food was great, service was OK. Menu stated our dish came with soup and salad, but new waitress said manager said it was soup OR salad. Never had that happen before. They need to reprint their menu or retrain their staff.

Thankfully, I had a voucher. The food is tasty but pretty expensive.
Waiter was very attentive. All of the food arrived quickly and sushi was very artfully displayed.

Greeting first moment of entering the door. Waiter took great care of us. Food was delicious!!!

Would have been excellent but table near us was very loud and sounds echo off the walls and floor. Maybe consider carpet or window coverings to better absorb sound.

We tried Kazoku for the first time and was extremely pleased. The food was delicious, especially the calamari. We will definitely dine here again.
We were out for a very casual dining night, and our waiter was truly very accommodating for taking our time. He did a very good job.

The staff is great, and my husband and I always enjoy our dinners there. Our only complaint is that quite often, the seaweed is tough. I have a very small mouth and cannot put an entire piece of sushi roll in my mouth at one time, and biting through it is tough. My husband eats it all in one bite and also notes that the seaweed is often tough. Overall however, we find that Kazoku is friendly, tasty, a good value and a great location for a light meal.
The staff are very service oriented and keep the table bussed. Our drinks are kept half full. My husband loves the salmon bento box and the serving size of the salmon is always good, we'd eat here weekly if we could afford it!
They have a great variety of dishes and the sashimi is wonderful. Their seaweed salad is always an excellent choice as well.

We've had calamari two different ways there, in salad previously and this time the crispy calamari. Both times, it was very unique and delicious. We enjoyed all the food and service was good. Food delivery was a bit slow.
Wine prices were a little high... The Mark West Pinot Noir is $10 at a liquor store... Shouldn't be $32/bottle
Every time we've gone to Kazoku we have been so happy, everyone is kind and prompt with great service and attention to us as customers.

Amazing experience! Ambiance was fabulous and the wait staff friendly and attentive. Best sushi experience I've ever had. We will definitely be back - soon - and tell all of our friends. The sweet potato roll is TO DIE FOR, a must try indeed. Cheers!
The chefs were funny and talkative, helpful with menu items. Mike was engaging with my child and we loved watching the prep up close at the bar.
The sushi is always good. The wait staff is always the best and the sushi chefs are very good.
