Wonderful host, not too much on the menu, but what they did have was well worth it. Parking was not so great, we had to drive around a few times to find a spot.

Our server was kind enough to point out that Wed night was half off bottles of wine! Food was very, very good. Easy onstreet parking. Nice historic flavor to the building. Will definitely come back for another occasion!

It was a Friday evening after a night of seeing the Nutcracker. Decided to do somethijng quaint, and was not disappointed. There was only 1 other couple in the dining room as this was about 10pm, we were seated by the fireplace (very romantic and cozy), and enjoyed a great meal. The server and hostess were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. This is truly a hidden gem in South Baltimore.

Really bad service and really bad food. Almost laughable and weird. At one point the "waitress" came up to us in the almost deserted restaurant and said. "This is probably the worst service you have ever had" . Food on the buffet was almost in recognizable.

The bartender was personable & chatty. It was a really slow night, would have been nice to maybe give the specials verbally rather than handing us a handwritten note... Or just do a typed specials sheet. We sat at the bar, but the separate dining room looked very nice & cozy.

Nice little pub in historic neighborhood. Really good food (the crab cakes, grilled tilapia, and a very generous portion of mussels were all fantastic). As a bonus, we had a great time playing some shuffleboard in the bar area while waiting for our food.

We have been in there several times since they had the new chef and up to the last visit the food was outstanding and the specials were creative. Unfortunately, our last visit the chef had an off night(we hope). The specials were uncreative , the mussels were not cook all the way and my lamb chops were old and bad.

Since they changed chefs the food is outstanding. The special menu has a very interesting mix of entrees and appetizers that our party felt were outstanding.

We were visiting Baltimore for the weekend and found Hull Street Blues on the restaurant.com web site. We can't wait to visit Baltimore again so we can come back to this restaurant! We LOVED it!!
