Sometimes things are forgotten. Silverware, extra vinegar, napkins, etc. Feel I always need to check the carry out bag. Otherwise things are great. Still a little pricey.
Everything is great but prices are really high. That is my only complaint.

Crab soup was outstanding. Pulled chicken had too much sauce and beef brisket was a bit dry for me.

Staff, dining room, and food were all pleasant enough, but...some things could be revised. The price either has to come down a bit or quantity has to go up. My husband and I shared a platter; we usually do that at other bbq places. We both felt it definitely was not enough for the price paid ...maybe add a couple of cornbread muffins to the plate?? We MAY give it another try though.

Meaty 1/2 rack of ribs was tender & moist. Good slaw & Mac & cheese.
Casual, friendly atmosphere. The food is top-notch! The meat was perfectly cooked, flavor exquisite! No fat or grizzle. One of the most delicious pulled pork sandwiches we've ever had coast to coast and that's no bull!!
The food was hot the restaurant was clean and Rick the owner does a fabulous job on his smoker.
The hostess/cashier was not very knowledgeable for simple questions but she was able to go ask the manager and get the info necessary. As for the food- it’s tried and true slow cooked and delicious

Food very disappointing.....dirty bucket with dirty mop being used while we were eating and we needed to lean over it to get our tea drinks.

While the food was good, my experience with the manager while ordering our food was so negative that I must give our visit a poor rating. She was condescending and disrespectful as she "instructed" me in the proper use of a coupon I had for the restaurant. She refused to apologize for her attitude toward me. The other person at the cash register told me that this was not the first time someone had complained about the manager's attitude.

Barbequed Chicken was very dry no moisture at all. Supposed barbequed turkey appeared to be just sliced turkey roll and was dry.
