The burgers were amazing, especially the one pound burger. The children's Mac and cheese was a huge bowl. Very reasonable priced.

Gronk’s is a great locally owned bar/restaurant. We visited this restaurant having gift certificates for them, finding that it seems like a family/ sports bar type restaurant. With a wide variety of foods and daily special’s worth checking out. Local’s told us they eat there every other week and virtually don’t go any where else. Great night with great food.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Our party waited too long for everything - menus, drinks, food, the bill. On top of that, the server wouldn't even make eye contact when taking our order - she seemed to be trying to make a show for us of how busy she was by watching other tables while talking to us. So of course she put the bill together even though when she asked we had told her to separate it. We started with two menus for a group of five, and when she FINALLY returned (after around 10 minutes) with two additional menus, she slapped them on the table and immediatly asked, "Ok, ready to order?" Um, no, you just put the menus down. Second time in a row with bad service, will not be coming back, coupon or no. Food is pretty good (it's bar food), but not worth the bad experience to get it. Oh, and it's so loud and echo-y, you can't hear your party talk.

Large serving of food for cheap. The ribs and wings had a lot of meat and were delicious. Server was very professional as well.

Service Initially was slow to acknowledge us even though not very busy. Stick to the burgers and fries...exceptional! The house thousand island is super Also. We also are huge rib fans so had to try these as they boost their own BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce was excellent, however the ribs were pushing their limits on age...did not appear fresh, discolored, and very fatty.

The waitress was great and I believe did everything she could do to make it better. However, being a burger place I did not and do not understand why everytime I go there it takes over an hour from the time we put our order in to the time we get our sandwhiches/burgers! I thought maybe it was something going on the last time we were there and I forgot exactly how long it took but we ate there again tonight and I was quickly reminded of this fact! The restaurant each time has had a small amount of people there, tons of empty tables left! Yet we spent 2 hours there waiting for burgers today! And the burgers are definitely nothing to write home about. Then they charge an extra $2 just to change your included chips into fries?!! That's ridiculous when you are already paying 8-15$ per burger with the chips.

It seems the quality of the food has gone down over the past year. We have been going there sporadically over past 5 years. Service has always been very good!

Our waitress did not know what some things on your menu had on them. You were out of blue moon- and I was ok- and she's like we have spotted cow- And I was like no thanks that's not for me. And she's like snarky and responded well lots of people like it. She didn't even ask me if I wanted a second drink. Also my pizza came out 20mins before the rest of our tables food. Poor execution.

The only thing I would do better is to cook the fries just a touch longer so some of the soft big ones aren't like biting into a partially raw potato.

The waitress forgot about us it took almost an hour to get our food and when we did it was very cold then she forgot about us again never came to check on us and never gave us our check I ended up going up to the bar and asking for help after she once again ignored me when I when up to the bar I went looking for a manager

One waiter for the ENTIRE restaurant. Kitchen was shortstaffed as well. I had to wait 20 minutes for the appetizer, another half hour for the entree and an additional 15 minutes for the pre-ordered take home meal.
