Too many people in restaurant during pandemic. Employees working at restaurant was not wearing face mask or gloves.

This visit was better than most- our waitress was pretty good on checking on us and making sure our drinks were full. However upon using our certificate and paying we noticed that gratuity was added to our bill automatically, this time would be fine but some of the waitresses are not any good at their job and to automatically tack that on would make me protest if it is not warranted so be careful about what you add to my bill. Tipping is based on merit and 20% is a reward but if not deserved I will not agree to it.
We were seated quickly, didn't have to wait long for our food (that was delicious), and the waitress was really nice

Poor service at the table, server too brisk and showed no sincere warmth in attitude. Server was also unable to explain the menu beyond hasty rehearsed description. After entering we and another party had to wait for 5 minutes before any staff noticed the new arrivals. Food tested good. We ordered cheese fondue with vegetable, fruit and bread for three. The quantity of fruit and vegetable was SO small for a 3 person order, I wonder how much of fruit and vegetable they serve for one.
We had a wonderful time enjoying a slow dinner. All the food was delicious. The portions were the perfect size so we didn’t feel painfully full afterward. We will be returning again.

I only gave a 4 star rating as the dining was hot and the management were not concerned about turning the air conditioning down adequately. So my dining experience was a bit uncomfortable due to temperature.

Surf and turf was not good
I gave it a fair because we have eaten there often and always been satisfied but this time was a disaster. The soup was cold (even the dish), the sauted onions were raw, the grilled shrimp had no flavor, even the roast beef had seen better days. If this was our first time, we wouldn't go back. And to top it off, we brought out of town company with us that night.

Gattuso's is always a good idea! The food is consistently great and the servers always friendly. We love the atmosphere and the crowd!
I think this a good place and the meals and service are excellent as well as their special Happy Hours !
The waitress asked if we would like to substitute our fries for several different items. She failed to mention that there was a substantial price difference for the substitutions. I thought that was very deceptive.

There were 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant and two waitresses staffed does not excuse the fact it took nearly 7-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. This truly ruined the entire experience for the both of us even though the food was really good. If you don't get the expected level of service, the average person will second guess returning and or referring family and friends.
The Thursday cheeseburger special was great. Will definitely go back again on a Thursday.

We tried the pulled pork and it was fantastic. Usually the sauce is overpowering but this one is just right.

My favorites are the southwest egg rolls and nachos for the appetizer and the hamburgers are my favorite, any type.
IT WAS VERY VERY NOISEY!!!! COULD NOT HEAR EACH OTHER FROM ACROSS THE TABLE. AND THE WAITRESS NEVER BROUGHT ME MY SALAD WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT OUT 1ST BEFORE THE MEAL!!!!! DUH?
had the spaghetti and meatball dinner and did not like the sauce.... should have gotten the burger like I always do.....the cheese sticks were fried to much and the cheese was all out of the stick ....the eggplant was good....service was good

The food is average/fair - its bar food, seems mostly pre-fab/frozen which is why I rate it fair rather than good. Its overpriced for sure, quanity and quality aren't worth the pricing.

We go here with my Sistas of '72. It is a group of girls who graduated in 1972. We went to an all girl public school. We like coming here when DaRabbits are playing. They play the best music ever written, music from the 60's and 70's!!!!
