I got the boneless pork chop with the eggs and that was good. The only problem was I ordered them with corn tortillas and they came out uncooked and cold. The weather was very nice and got me a new set of tortillas which were much better

The kitchen needs to get their time in together so everything comes out hot and together at the same time.

It was a very busy day, but we still had great service.
The food was good except the waffle was not good. The batter seemed strange and it was not cooked enough. So it was kind of doughy

The primary problem is that your kitchen does not keep good track of what’s going on and serve the food efficiently. My eggs came out lukewarm with very little or no moisture, the pork chops were undercooked .

The staff are friendly and check on you often.
Its always fast and the food is excellent.
The male Hispanic waiter could have been more friendly, welcoming and attentive. This is not to say that he was nice but he could be more on top of his game like the waitresses that usually help me. The omelet was good as were the hash browns.

The food was good. I asked for my potatoes to be well done but they did not come out well done . I don't think the people in the kitchen actually read your note about the well done potatoes. In addition the coffee in the thermos was not that hot. We went and got our own coffee from the dispenser which was hot.

Usually go for breakfast. Stopped in for quick Fri night dinner. Heard their fish and chips were good. Was not disappointed!! I am not a big tartar sauce fan, but they were nice enough to make red cocktail sauce for me. Yum.

The servers are always nice. The kitchen needs to focus on getting the food out when it's hot and timing the meals properly. The ham was dry and not that hot. I returned it and the second time was better.

The employees make you feel like family. Great place to eat. It reminds you of being home and they serve comfort food. We love to eat there, as well as my grandkids and my 91 year old other.

Home fries the way they're supposed to be! Good big piece of ham. Best Belgian waffle I've eaten in a long time. Eggs a little too crispy though - shame to ruin good eggs that way.

The reason was the waitress could have be friendlier even though I understand she is very busy. Most of the staff are great. I ordered the Chili Verde with eggs. The Chili Verde was not that hot. So the waitress put it in the micro which I requested. But as a result the eggs get spongy from the micro. The bottom line the chili verde should have been hotter when served.

The waitress was ok just and she seemed bit stressed or didn't want to be bothered Then the lady who was the cashier was really rude and not friendly when I had a problem with the bill and like it was my fault there was a problem. She really made the last part where you questioned who they hire. The bus guys were the most friendly and helpful.

I had the Chili Colorado omelet. One thing is that I would have liked the meat a little more firm as it was a bit mushy. The other thing is with this size of an omelet which is great you should give 4 corn tortillas instead of 3. Overall a good experience.

The place was packed even at a late breakfast hour. There was a loud buzz in the room of people enjoying their food. Service a bit slow, but there were big parties to be taken care of.

i first ate at joes in 1979 Ive been eating there ever since, once a month at least, I've only eaten 1 thing on the menu in all those years and thats their signature dish The John Wayne. Cant go wrong with a John Wayne and sourdough toast.

Some of the male employees were sitting at an outside table where the customers can hear them. They were making sounds and using words that some customers would not appreciate. Tell them that people can hear what they are saying!Both of our potatoes were served luke warm. The waitress got us a new set and they were fine.

Joe's is an iconic establishment, within walking distance from my home...the wait staff was "off" today, but the busboy made up for it, he was extremely attentive and very good. I think the wait staff was on break or something. anyway, we love Joes. they have a great "health" menu and that is why I went there today.

We always enjoy Eat at Joe's. Sad to see $25 cert minimum go upto $50. We ordered 4 dinners with salads and cokes and didn't reach minimum. Had to add order of take-out desserts to hit $50 total before tip. $35 min was much better, especially if using for breakfast...which we usually do.

Although the server was pleasant and friendly, we never got coffee refills. Two tables near us had to ask for their checks. The bus person was working very hard.
Food came out fast. Steaks were cooked perfect and hash browns were crispy. They were a little slow with the check and to go orders.
