Love their pizza and Cuban subs! I do have one issue... out of my first 4 sub orders (2 subs ea order), I had at least 2 of the following problems on both of the subs in each of 3 orders: one or more filling items missing, burned (blackened) buns, fillings unevenly clumped separately in different spots on the buns, filling on only 1/2 of the bun, and filling was 1/3 of what it was supposed to be. The first 2 times I was already home with my order so there was nothing I could do, but the 3rd time, I checked them before I left the parking lot and they remade them for me right away. The staff is always very friendly. I just think that as they’re interacting with each other as they work, they forget to pay the attention necessary when making food items that they’re not used to making on a regular basis.

The first time I ordered these subs, they were delicious and I left a positive review. Unfortunately, the errors on the same subs they've given me since then have been big ones and so unbelievably blatant that I will be mentioning my experience when I order from now on just to be sure whoever makes them is paying attention. I really want to highlight the "Unbelievably" blatant part in hopes that if the owner or manager reads this, they will either update training or increase their awareness. The 2nd and 3rd times I ordered these same two subs, I got subs that were completely different, not only from what they were like the first time, but also from each other in the amount and distribution of the filling. The first time they were really busy and I caught it because when I got in my car I noticed a burnt smell so I checked the subs before leaving the parking lot. Not only were the buns burned - to the point that I can't believe that they actually gave them to me - but the subs looked like 2 different kinds and one was actually missing a couple of ingredients, even including one of the meats. When they remade them for me, they were perfect. This last time I was the only person there and the employees (I'm fairly certain one of them was actually the manager or owner though) were talking and laughing with each other - they weren't rushed and it took 10 minutes to make the subs so I figured I didn't need to check them. Big mistake on my part and I was pretty angry 20 minutes later when I got home and saw what I had paid for. One sub had half the amount of meat and cheese - like they forgot they were making the larger sub, way too much sauce (though it was probably right for the amount of meat that should have been there) and twice the amount of pickles mostly set in a pile at one end. The other sub had most of the cheese in a half melted clump at one end (can't really fix that other than pull it off), very few pickles and also unevenly distributed filling, which is a bigger deal when there is shredded meat and a mes

2nd time in. Ordered subs both times. They’ve been consistent on freshness, time, taste & quality. I ordered the 12 inch steak & cheese sun again bc it was so good! But I see a salad in my future with my name on it! Hahaha will definitely go back. Was greeted when I first walked in as well.

We ordered a 12’ steak sub. It was hot, the bread was toasted and fresh. Came with yelliow peppers & a small bag of Ruffles potato chips on the side with ranch dressing.

THIS IS CARRY OUT ONLY. PIZZA WAS MADE QUICKLY AND TO ORDER, HAD IT 3/4 COOKED AND NOT CUT. TOOK IT HOME AND HEATED UP ABOUT ONE HOUR LATER. IT WAS DELICIOUS !!!
