Friendly staff, nicely remodeled and pleasant ambiance, however, food was disappointing, due to: pitiful portions (especially beans and rice), over-priced, unseasoned, slow service, lukewarm

This restaurant has the worst servers, which by the way, have been working here for several years. We were completely ignored, had a hard time getting their attention, and after we expressed our frustration, they gave us attitude. They spent time just standing around or texting on their phones. They were not busy as there were only 2 other tables occupied. The service at Kirsten's has increasingly been getting worse. My chicken dinner was dry and I asked for more sauce, and they said they couldn't give it to me. I could not get their to get a drink, which was only half full, and then it was even more difficult getting their attention to get another drink. My water was empty and instead of refilling water, which is what is normally done, they just took away my glass. I could go on and on, but will just say I won't be back.

Yes a call in my order they said 15 minutes and it was 15 minutes. The food was hot and good.

They were extremely helpful and very nice to work with. Even gave a sampling of rice and beans to try for next time.
