Excellent food and wait staff, everyone so friendly
All meals were as expected , good quality and quantity. The dining area was crowded but the noise level was acceptable. Service was prompt and friendly. Occasion was my oldest daughter's birthday and they added a candle on her dessert. Enjoyable time.

Been there many times every time it’s superb food service ambience
new waitress. ignored our table, forgot about our order, disappeared once it was finally served. Worse service since we have been customers in over 4 years.
The service was terrible. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get our meal. There must have been a problem in the kitchen. We asked a few people if our meal was ready. We were told a few minutes and it was still another 15 minutes.

The waiter didn't clear the table from the appetizers, soup and salads before bringing out the main dishes. One dish was supposed to have sausage and there wasn't any sausage and had to be sent back. The scallops and shrimps in the Fisherman's platter were terrible.

we made reservations and they had the table for 8 ready when we arrived. The menu had many different cuisines to chose from. The service was excellent which table for 8 is not easy. We really enjoyed the restaurant and will go back.

From the moment we walked in and we’re gretted, to the time we left everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our server Aleni was over the top beginning with her smile and enthusiasm to take care of us. Such a wonderful dining experience, a must for all seeking great food, atmosphere, and overall a nice night out!

My vegan granddaughter was served bacon on her vegaburger after she explained when ordering why she did want the bacon. Our waiter did not care or understand her concerns about the meat on the plate. She requested a complete new everything because the bacon had touched everything else on the plate. She got the same bun,fries,lettuce,& tomato, not sure about the vegeburger Again i think the waiter was very insensitive to her diet.

The portion size was larger than we have seen at a lot of places.
It's a solid restaurant, although somewhat overpriced. Coupon makes it a good deal. Daily lunch specials are good deal too, w/o coupon.

Also, I thought that plain mashed potatoes made a very odd side dish for crab cakes. The mussels were quite small on my husbands paella and the shrimps had the tails still on which made for very messy eating. The meal was ok but not a homerun.

This is not the restaurant to go to if you are gluten free. They didn’t seem to know what this was. I was served a salad with croutons and was told that salmon was gluten free. Only when I asked about steak I found I was able to get that. The food was tasty ,however.
A local standby- nothing fancy but we always enjoy our time here.
Of the five dishes ordered, two of them were not as tasty a expected. Both were dishes with chicken breast in them and both were dry!

My lunch was very good, (crab cake) soup was lobster bisque NO Lobster at all in any of the 3 soups, not very flavorful, my lunch guest both ordered the same lunch a chicken and apple pannini, was a large sandwich but had no taste at all, both only ate half and didn't take the other half home. Was very disappointed for them.

Their appetizers and soups are great. Food presentation could be greatly improved. Waiter was attentive at first but was later sent to do chores in the kitchen. The bar area is always busy, but we were the only patrons in the restaurant area. It took getting someones attention in the bar area to have our bill brought out.
Good choice of appetizers, specialty drinks were well made, main courses were larger than expected (I saved the flavored rice from my paella for a breakfast omelet tomorrow). Taylor was a polite, efficient server.

If anyone would have known, we would have sat more off in the back. Again, don't blame the restaurant, just luck of the seating. As for the food, OMG, so much! We didn’t make a reservation, so we had to eat dinner at a high top table next to the bar. The food was very good; but because we were next to the bar it was hard to have a conversation because the bar crowd was loud. The next time we’ll wait for a table in the dining room.
The menu is varied, something for everyone! Our server was friendly and kept checking on us to see if the food was alright and if we needed anything else. The bar area was hopping and we got the last empty table for dinner. Suggest making reservations.

We arrived at 5:30 and didn’t get served until after 7:00!
The waiter and service was excellent. The food was good. We liked the fact we could glance over and see the Yankees playoff game on the TV screen. Then after 9:30 a great bad was playing some of our old favorites. We brought our neighbors and they couldn’t stop talking about the great time we had.

Interesting menu choices and well-prepared food. Attentive, friendly waiter. Reasonably priced food and cocktails. The live entertainment in the bar area was well-received it the dining room, which was more crowded than we remember, perhaps because of the music. But we thought it was too noisy for conversation and we would avoid coming again on an evening when there is live music.
Was excited to try this restaurant. But the waitress, named Tara, really disappointed us. I always bring my own filtered water wherever I go, but she said she I could not drink my own filtered water because they have a bar, after I thoroughly explained it was my own filtered water for medical reasons prescribed by my doctor. She had a very bad attitude and later said she was the owner. They have lost our business 100%, even though the food was good. Nathanael

Restaurant was very busy for a Sunday night. They ran out of Stuffing that was one of the side dishes listed on one of the specials, which 2 of our party ordered. All in all, we were a party of 11 and they did ok.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. However, the food was not that great. 2 of us had the Italian chicken cheese steak and it was on the dry side. There was an order for the chicken quesadia and it was very dry, the other ordered pizza and you can't spoil that. I can make better food at home. Probably not go back there.

Of the eight people only one was not happy. The seven of us were very satisfied. The eighth person had a panini that was completely burnt. When she mentioned it to the waitress she was told it belonged that way but she could not eat it and left most of it over.

They, too, were overcooked and tasteless. My friend got flounder stuffed with crabmeat. The "crabmeat" was ALL bread and had an awful taste. She requested spinach with very little garlic but it was swimming in garlic!

Overall, delicious food and excellent service. The live music was nice, but a bit loud. We went later on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant part was mostly empty (mainly people at the bar). The waitress was both attentive and helpful. We would definitely dine there again.
Chicken had lots of grizzle, and was very chewy, and the rice in the sushi was gluey.
All of the food ordered was outstanding. The scallops, shrimp and crabcakes were some of the freshest I have ever had in the area. We greatly look forward to our next dining experience there!

I had the Fisherman's platter and the only complaint was the Salmon was a bit dry, but the Scallops and Shrimp were delicious, seasoned wonderfully. Will definately be returning!

In the notes for this restaurant there are no stipulations that alcohol is not included in the bill. Much to our surprise they refused to include it and in return made us order more food in order to honor it.

Our waiter was running around a little frenetic & in doing so we were not even greeted by him for exactly 13 minutes. My wife was ready to leave but instead asked a bus boy to tell someone that we would like to see a waiter. Once our waiter came over he was cordial but was obviously only able to accomplish one thing at a time. Tunnel vision as a waiter is not a good thing. Having been a restaurant manager I taught my staff that part of their job is to keep their eyes open for all their tables even if they have been served to insure that their needs are being met.

I come to City Streets many times during the year and always enjoy it. I always make a reservation and ask for particular seating as the bar area can get quite noisy. This is a local place for me.

It came out luke warm and was not all that good. The Snicker's cake tasted old and freezer burnt. The service was slow. We had to chase down our waitress twice! We asked for more water and she never brought it. City Streets is slipping!

My son ordered his hamburger medium well and it was burned. I ordered the steak tips well and they were really burned as well. Well done meat does not need to be burned. I've had many excellent meals at other restaurants where I've ordered well done meat & it was juicy and not charred.
Place was not busy on a Saturday night bur received poor service. Did not bring water when asked 15 minutes later. Came with food and then had to wait 5 minuets to get silverware so food got cold.
Drinks were so-so. The food, however, was delicious and ample! By the time we left at 7:30 PM (sat. night) the place was jammed!

Somehow, the kitchen seemed to forget about us and we had to wait almost an hour. At first, our server forgot to even tell us about the delay. Then he gave me another iced tea. My husband, who had a cappachino, was also offered a free iced tea as a refill. Not even gracious in the delay. Very surprising experience compared to past good ones.

We had the worst serving experience ever. Our waitress came to our table only 3 times (including giving us our bill)! She apparently was on notice by the restaurant and was dismissed the next day, and fortunately another waitress noticed us sitting for a long time without being waited on, so she helped out. When we tried to fill out a comment card, the second waitress informed us that it had been trashed by the first waitress -- she then took our comment card. (We tipped the 2nd waitress.) We did hear from the restaurant with a form of apology, or explanation, the next day -- but the explanation consisted mostly of an advertisement for all the wonderful offerings of the City Streets. We were never offered any offer to compensate for our poor service in any way. We have not been back, even though this is a neighborhood restaurant and we have always liked the food. I was really quite surprised by the lack of concern by the management for a frequent clientele. This

The wait time for our meals to come out was extremely long. We were there from 7:30 to almost 10:00pm. But once we got the food it was delicious and our server was lovely. No problems with her at all.

Have not been to City Streets in a long while...My husband ordered a burger and said 'it was not good'; my crabcakes were smaller than the last time I ordered them here. They were fried, which I didn't expect and were overly breaded on the outside. The string beans were steamed perfectly. I probably would return, but I know my husband would not order a burger again.

We have been to City Streets many times in the past and, honestly, I was less than impressed with the food this time. My son's chicken fingers were too overcooked and my pasta primavera was very "bland." Even the bleu cheese dressing for the house salad was flavorless. In the past, the bleu cheese dressing was excellent! On the bright side, our sushi appetizer was very good. Also, the service was very good!

We had a nice time, but the noise level is always very high there, even in the dining area. When I go there to go to the bar, I expect noise, but when I eat with my family, I'd like it to be a little less loud. The night we ate there, there was a folk singer, but we couldn't hear him, because the general noise level was deafening. I love the food. I'd go there more often if it wasn't so darn loud.

Service was incredibly slow even though restaurant was only half full. Was a full ten mins before waiter came to take drink order, waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks, & continued to be this slow throughout the entire meal. There was no silverware on the table & waited 5 minutes after our salads came to be given silverware after we pointed out that there was none on the table. What should have been an hour long meal turned into nearly 2 because of the slow service...was really quite irritating.
