I have visited Italy four times and each time it was for over 2 weeks. My Aunt was from Sicily and I loved her cooking. Casa Della Nonna reminds me of this high level of Italian cooking!
Good Pizza. GF options. Next time will request the pasta be less Al Dente.

The server was great and the food was hot, delicious and great portion size.

We enjoyed our dinner. The appetizers were OK, I like my calamari crispier and the crab soup was fine. We had penne paste with Italian sausage and stuffed eggplant with spaghetti, both were excellent. The portions were big, so we took home half of the stuffed eggplant and spaghetti. We will visit again to try more of the paste dishes.
Waiter was an idiot. Asked how much I needed to spend to spend 20 plus tax and his answer was I don’t know I didn’t check

The food here is to die for! And don't plan on dinner the next night, because the portions are Huge! Even though it was a weeknight and there was not a heavy crowd, the service was excellent - not too pushy and right there when you needed something. This has become a favorite "go to" place.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, food arrived with good timing, food was delicious!
the service was excellent. The flank steak salad very good. Quite background music which was great for conversation. Out waiter was very attentive. Deserts looked great but alas we ate so much we had no room for desert. we were out dancing at the Cancun Cantina and this place was very close. a good choice. I would go back

We come here several times and our waiter John is always very friendly. Pizza is good. You can sit and eat and talk and not feel rushed.

OVer priced without the certificate. Calzone is really a "roll". Hardly any cheese.

Food wasn't as good as previous visits, tasted sorta bland. The restaurant was really busy because of an all you can eat pizza event. Might have concentrated more on the pizzas. Our waitress was fairly new and our restaurant.com coupon was initially applied to another diner's bill. We will give the restaurant another visit. Maybe they got a new Chef. If not better the next visit, we will discontinue going to this restaurant.

Waitress was excellent! Her wine and dessert suggestions were spot on. We thoughtcwecwere going to choose the steak rolls for dinner, but the pasta dishes specials (she rattled off by heart) changed our minds. Try the Bomba dessert with coffee - both fantastic!!!

I preferred ordering at the counter as it was done in the past. My husband and son ordered cheesesteaks and there wasn't much meat on their sandwiches. Other than that, food was tasty.

Restaurant was warm so had to ask for more AC. I always order Chicken Marsala at CDN and it was not the norm. Chicken was tough, had to ask for more sauce, and very few mushrooms. Waitress must have been new. She couldn't answer any questions and was returning to our table every 10 minutes to see if we were okay. Hoping this was just an off day. We will still dine at CDN.

The restaurant wasn't in good shape for the prices expected to be paid for the meals. Booth seats were torn, baseboard and crown molding had food stains on them and the place needs updating.

The lobster special was delicious. The chicken Marsala could have used a little more of the sauce. There was none left for the second HUGE chicken boneless chicken breast but it was very good.

They have excellent Italian food, the best I've found in Maryland so far. I'm from New York originally. The only issue is the food was luke warm, had to send it back to be heated more, which the server did for us right away.
Was disappointed in the pizza because it was served lukewarm. Informing the staff did not result in any acknowledgement or offer to reheat.

The service was painfully slow. We got there at 5:20PM and there were only a few people there but we didn't get our food until after 6PM. We just ordered 2 calzones. We can't go back w/such poor service.

The food was solidly good. Portions were humongous and none of us could finish our plates. The prices were weird...one platter was very low, another was unreasonably high. Had to pay for all soda refills (which wasn't mentioned), and a side of broccoli cost $5.

Dishes are generous portions.
I liked my meal and would order again(eggplant). My dining companion did not like hers at all. She had calamari which was tough and flavorless. She also ordered a caesar salad which she said had no garlic or anchovy flavor and the croutons were stale. I tasted one of her croutons and they were very stale.
Food was not as ordered. Adding shrimp to an order was 4.50 which is steep for 4 shrimp

No wait service during lunch hours, but the gentleman working the counter/take-out orders was very accomodating, friendly, and service oriented.

Very nice and comfortable place. Plenty of parking. Very good service. HANDMADE MOZZARELLA STICKS! OMG! HANDMADE EGGPLANT PARM! Eggplant was so fresh, soft and creamy, not dry, thin and tasteless like most eggplant parms I've had. My companion had the chicken piccata which was very nice - not breaded but very garic and lemon-y. Lots of capers in it too. GENEROUS PORTIONS. I will dream about this meal. Prices are quite reasonable for the huge portions and great quality of the food. I'm not a sports fan but I counted 5 TVs.
The only reason I can not rate excellent was the okay service our waitress provided. She did not attend to our table enough, and we had to ask her to come when we did need something. I'm not saying she was a bad server, she just didn't check in after we received our food until she brought us our check.
The server was wonderful! She took the time to chat with my 3 year old daughter and make her laugh.

We went in on a Sat evening. The place was empty with only 3 couples there. The waiter was not Mr. Personality, but was effective. I had the Seafood dela Nonna. The clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari were ample and fresh. The dish was a tad salty for my taste but was good. The wife had the Salmon Imperial. She enjoyed the meal and took some home.

The main dishes were very good, served very quickly. The calamari appetizer was quite rubbery and tough to chew.
The only problem was that it's a bit too dark inside.

Serving sizes are generous. Marsala dish didn't have enough marsala taste. People are friendly, place is clean. menu has lots of variety.

The experience itself was great. The wait was short, the portion sizes were large, and the attendant did everything she could to make my family comfortable. I will return, and I look forward to trying new dishes.
