The waitress spilled drinks onto the grill, the glasses shattered. We never saw her again, no one else came to check on us for over 20 minutes while we watched the cokes cook and straws melt. Had to ask to be moved to different table. Woman who took over our table seemed annoyed to be taking our order. No one ever apologized or said anything about the mess. We were there almost 1.5 hours before our chef came out (other tables times were less than 1.2 that). Will never go back.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great food selection. Delicious, big portions. Definitely will visit often.

The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Always recognize you by a name and take the time to make sure that you’re happy with the service. The food selection and variety is excellent and consistent. The food quality is very good, although at times it might be a little salty. Today everyone in my party was very happy with the food preparation, well seasoned.

Customer service is poor there. From the way they speak to you on the phone to the face to face contact, the cashier was rude.

a charmingly different ambiance, perhaps characteristically Jamaican (but not sure about this) and friendly service. We particularly liked the chicken foot soup. Diverse meats were good but not as tender as we'd like. Scant desert menu.
