Salsa bar was unplenished. Quesadilla was not up to par. Staff was put out for using coupon

The fajitas tasted good. They should ensure the freestyle Coca-Cola machine has all the flavors. They were out of many flavors.
We were greeted very kindly by the cashier. She was extremely polite very kind and very cordial.

Last week, the food ordered to go was burnt on the grill when I opened it up at home. Couldn't even eat it. Previous times, the order is often made wrong.
Too much salt, over cooked rice, old salsa, and old chips
Had to wait 5-10 mins to give my order. No customers were in line in front of me and no one was at the register to welcome me when I came in.

Cashier was on her personal cell. I just hate to see that when people are at work. If you aren't busy, then clean something. Having been in restaurant management, there is always something to do, so get busy. I'm not paying you to facebook.
They offered a dish of chips for free and then one goes up to the salsa bar to choose one's own style of salsa. Also then at the salsa bar, one can choose salsa for their purchased food. WE were the only patrons in the restaurant at that time, but it was at an "in-between" time of day. The air-conditioning was set VERY low- it was freezing in there and windy. The chilly room would be perfect in mid-summer, as it is located at the NW corner of Centennial Olympic Park. Freshly made food.
The staff was very friendly, the meal was prepared quickly, and the food was great.
The establishment was clean, friendly, fast and attentive. We enjoyed it and will be back soon.

It would have been excellent if the dressing we ordered came with the salad. But, wait person had to ask again what we ordered and go get it after bring the salad to us. Also, salsa's were a little on the watery side. On the other hand, the people were super friendly.
The cashier was helpful, but Lee the Manager was VERY helpful during my dining experience at Baja Fresh. I will most definitely frequent this location again. Thanks Lee for all your help!

Baja Fresh was awesome! The food was really delicious, had good portions, and was a good value.
Ordered a margarita ($5). Was told "oh, we're out" AFTER I had paid. Offered me an alternative. Opted for a raspberry smoothie. Was told "oh, we're out." Got a strawberry one instead. Should have received the difference back, but never did.

The food at Baja Frest is delicious. I had left overs and enjoyed it all again this evening. My children loved my left overs also. They want to go now. We will plan a trip downtown and eat at Baja Fresh. Thank you!!!
I'm orig from Northern Calif, and when I lived there, I loved eating there. When I found out that they had brought a Baja Fresh to Atlanta, GA, my family and I could not wait to quench our taste buds.
The staff is Awesome! I'm bringing my family to dine here.
