Local restaurateur Frank Minear opened ATown Burgers and Brews in August, after seeing a need for a burger-style restaurant in the city. Minear spent nine months working on a remodel of the building that ATown Burgers and Brews now calls home, which included adding all new tables, chairs and booths, painting, flooring and building a bar. Minear focused on Alliance nostalgia for the decor - choosing black and white prints of old Alliance buildings and businesses to remind diners of yesteryear.
