Started in 2015 in Scotts Valley, California, we had a vision to start a new kind of sandwich shop, where the focus was on quality ingredients and real home-style recipes served with a smile. In October 2019 we decided to carry on that tradition at our newest location in Chico, California . Here at the Redwood Sandwich Company, we take pride in offering the best quality and flavors, and we make it all from scratch and try to keep it all local. From our delicious oven roasted and freshly sliced meats, to our specialty breads, fresh produce, soups, salads, and sides, know that whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed.
