This location has recently undergone a CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP. Former regulars are complaining about the changes: price increases, smaller portions, menu changes, poor service, etc. My experience was embarrassing. Both servers were "in the weeds" with plenty of empty tables (some dirty). No busboy. My server admitted she had "just started." They were out of BRISKET, out of mac & cheese, and no beans. I ordered the $18 French Dip - with horsey sauce and Swiss cheese, fries, a TINY order of coleslaw (for $3.50!), a $5 can of beer. The cook brought out my sandwich with NO horsey sauce or Swiss cheese. When I told him I had ordered them - his reply was: "It wasn't on the ticket" - as if I were lying. I told him to ask his WIFE about it. Meanwhile, a woman next to me ordered her sandwich WITHOUT BREAD. The cook (not his wife) brought out the sandwich WITH bread. Again: the cook's wife FORGOT. He added horsey sauce but NO SWISS CHEESE. My sandwich came on a LARGE ROLL and very little meat. Too much bread (for $18). I had purchased a HALF-OFF voucher online - which my server had no clue how to use - so she had to get the other server to assist. Now, NOBODY is getting any service - because both waitresses were trying to figure out how to use the voucher THEY ADVERTISE FOR. This went on for roughly 10 minutes - until the cook came out to see what the problem was. He managed to get the register open and gave me my change. When I suggested some TRAINING might be helpful - the wife (with her husband standing behind her) said: "Well maybe you SHOULDN'T COME BACK. DON'T COME BACK." (I wasn't going to) - as if THEIR inadequacies were MY FAULT.
