Slow service and the food wasn't as good as one other time we've been.

Even without the certificate, Grand Central's a great value. Really helpful service, great-tasting food (we had brunch items) all cooked to order. Could've been a little less stuffy (temperature, not aesthetic) but overall we'd definitely go back, even without the discount.

Food was a bit too greasy and buttery for my liking. Not awful, but not memorable either.
