Rude staff, no attention to detail. I've been here several times (both alone and with others), and there's usually some error that needs to be corrected. The staff have an attitude about it and act like they are being inconvenienced when I politely ask them to fix whatever had gone wrong. I don't expect much... I always chalked it up to the craziness of their lunch rush--the staff must be so frazzled during that time--but today I went in the late morning, when the place was all but deserted, and had similar problems with carelessness and rudeness from the checkout employees. The food is good, but please, a little more focus on good customer service would be much appreciated. After the experiences I've had, I doubt I'd come back to Cafe Fresco without a coupon.
