If a restaurant certificate in your account is grayed out and displays a red “!” triangle, you should exchange this certificate as the restaurant has informed us they will no longer accept Restaurant.com certificates. You will also notice that when that icon is present you are no longer able to view or print the specific certificate. We hope this new icon will help to avoid any confusion, frustrations, or inconvenience. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can simply exchange this certificate for another participating restaurant.
