1. Exchange your Certificate. From a desktop computer, log in to and go to “My Account.” Select the blue “Exchange” option next to the certificate that was not accepted. Once you complete the exchange, an eGift Card will be instantly added to your account that you can use for a different participating restaurant at any time.
