Sorry you are having trouble! Here are a few suggestions.

Start at the Sign In page. Check that you entered your registered “Email Address” and the correct “Password.”

  • If you have not yet created a Restaurant.com account, please click the “Create Your Account” button on the right to register.

If you received an error message saying the email address or password was incorrect:

  • Click the blue “Forgot It?” link and enter your registered email address. You will be emailed a link within the hour that will allow you to reset the password for your account.

If you clicked “Sign In” and nothing happened:

  • If you are not directed to your account in 90 seconds, the issue may be related to your browsing history or internet cookies. Please clear your browsing history (see How to clear browser cookies) and close out of your browser window. Then, in a new window, go back to the Sign In page and attempt to log in again.

If you cleared your cookies, and still cannot log in:

  • Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the browser you are using. If your browser is up-to-date and you are still unable to log in to your account, you may want to try a different browser.
